Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery times are shown for your pincode, typically 2–6 days depending on your location. Orders are cleaned, weighed and flash-frozen before dispatch to preserve freshness.
Cold-chain handling
All seafood is transported under temperature-controlled, cold-chain conditions to maintain quality and food safety from our facility to your door.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated based on your pincode and shown before you pay. Cash on delivery may be available in selected areas.
Failed or missed deliveries
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as seafood is perishable. If a delivery cannot be completed, our team will contact you to arrange redelivery where possible.
