Products and pricing
We sell fresh and frozen seafood for retail and wholesale customers in India. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, products and availability at any time.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received through our payment gateway, or on placement of a valid cash-on-delivery order where available. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
Delivery
We deliver to serviceable pincodes only. You can check serviceability on any product page before ordering. Delivery timelines are estimates — please see our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Perishable goods
Seafood is a perishable product. Please refer to our Returns & Refund policy for how we handle damaged, incorrect or quality-related issues.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HealthFit Food is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.
